Private Goddess circles in Athens and select sites in Greece, where myth meets the body through ritual.

What the female body carries—its intelligence, its memory, its distinctly feminine ways of knowing—is not lost; it may simply have fallen out of reach.

The Femina Potnia Goddess circles offer a space where the body’s own knowledge can be re-encountered through guided ritual, allowing it to come forward on its own terms.

What is re-encountered is not left behind when the ritual ends. You leave carrying a felt connection to it—something reclaimed as your own that can continue with you beyond the circle.

The Experience

The art of the ritual

The Holding

Each Goddess circle follows a clear arc: grounding, breathwork, guided somatic exploration, movement, stillness, and integration.

Original music composed by or ancient music performed by Lina Palera on reconstructions of ancient greek string instruments supports the movement, breath, and ritual atmosphere of the circles.

The ritual is held.

The Movement

You are guided through the ritual. It unfolds in its own time.

This is not about choreography or performance. It is a direct experience shaped through breath, attention, movement, and stillness.

The Result

The experience is intended to continue beyond the ritual—in perception, in choice, and in the way one inhabits oneself.

The aim is not to leave with an idea to remember, but with something lived: a greater sense of presence, coherence, and connection to oneself.

The culmination

Potnia

An ancient title meaning “Mistress” or “Lady,” recorded in Mycenaean Greek more than three thousand years ago.

Within Femina Potnia, it names the culminating ritual: the point at which the dimensions encountered through the individual Goddess circles are invited to gather into a more coherent, embodied whole.

A considered experience

This experience is best suited to women who want to enter with openness and a willingness to remain present for its full duration.

It is designed for depth—for those who are drawn to a direct, lived encounter rather than observation from a distance.

Entry is guided so each experience can be formed with care and remain fully held.
